Shop Archival Prints This painting came from an image I’ve been living with for a while. This is a squash blossom (maybe zucchini) from the vegetable garden growing in the front (!) yard next door to my friend Karen’s vacation place in Nevada City.... 
A very early painting – if you call it a painting – I named Full Spectrum was the jumping off place for this one. It occured to me back then I’d like to do something else with painting squares. The idea came years later: what if I took a reference... I spent the afternoon today posting and writing about all the photos I’ve taken over mostly the past 5 1/2 years (a few older). These are work-in-progress and some just-finished photos of my work. It was wonderful to re-live it all. It’s remarkable how I... Not sure of the name yet. Just the background in here. I loved the light bubbles and playing with colors and circles.
